Patrick house on Patrick Hill (now the empty field on the south side of rt. 23, but the road originally was on the other side before 1915).

1965. They had a fire fighting foam demonstration but the open windows allowed the wind to blow the foam back out and it burnt down, but had already been stripped of it's interior, etc.

The foundation hole used to be visible from rt 23 on the right, heading up the hill towards Oneonta before you get to Potato Farm Rd intersection.
