Yes, and I believe the guy driving the tractor in that series of photos, was some guy you may have heard of, named Benny Jacobsen.

The barn on the right belonged to my Uncle Wilson and Nellie Townsend Lennon in the 1940's time frame. It burned to the ground and later the house went the same way because the new owner was thawing water pipes. Used to be able to see daffidols in the spring of the year where the house once stood.

Thanks for sharing this picture. My grandmother, Blanche Jarvis used to live in West Lauren's and I remember this road very well. Reminds me of her.

15 March 1931 Between New Lisbon and Hartwick, on county 14 , looks like approaching the crest of a hill? I think that is Bill Whittaker at left, in his younger days :)

This was also New Lisbon 1931, a very unusual factory photo to have bystanders and school kids in it from the Naylor Corners school. I have only this xerox Ken Cooke gave me, I think he was supposed to be one of the kids, and the man seated at right on the v plow is his relative, Erle Smith or Clarence Cooke, I can't remember but maybe a relative can? At left behind the plow lifting frame on the front of the tractor, is Benny Jacobson. It may be Rupert "Dynamite" Hunt sitting at far left with the glasses and sheepskin collar jacket.t may be Rupert "Dynamite" Hunt sitting at far left with the glasses a
