Look at all these high schools that have disappeared or merged. Think of the all the work Coach Clement put into compiling this listing.

I have asked a few people to name the three valleys of the Tri-Valley League. I have never got a clear answer so I went to the Historic New York newspapers site to do some research. The earliest mention that I could find was for a meeting that took place on March 31, 1928. The five schools included were Morris, South New Berlin, Unadilla, Otego, and Gilbertsville. Otego was the most recent addition.

With that list of schools it would seem that the three valleys were the Butternut, Unadilla, and Susquehanna Valleys.
