This makes me think of Rt 51 above Elm Grove, but again you would have to compare buildings and distant hilltop?

It reminds me of the Morris-Gilbertsville road.

Seneca Jacobsen
I agree!

We need some comparison photos

The license plates would suggest it is NOT 1947, 1950, 1953, 1954, 1957. If the large numbers are at top of the plate, black numbers on yellow, it is possibly 1951, 1952, 1958, 1959. (they added a black tag on the lower right corner in 1952 and 1959, I can't see the photo that well). Note the top of the Naylor Co. still has the fancy architecture and finial knobs, since removed.

Postcards, Hillington Cemetery Fountain

Sad to say that today a trip to Hillington Cemetery in Morris won't provide you with a view of this fountain. Someone made off with it some years ago. As far as I know the crime has not been solved. This fountain was in the "old" section, near the Civil War monument.

Postcard 2, Lewis Rutherfurd Morris Central School, Morris, N. Y.

Rene Elliott shared the image and wrote the following.

I have seen other images showing all these rocks along the driveway (where did they go? Or come from?) but this image shows what looks like they may have been relocated steps from the old 1894 - 1932 school building?
