1965. They had a fire fighting foam demonstration but the open windows allowed the wind to blow the foam back out and it burnt down, but had already been stripped of it's interior, etc.

Screenshot above is looking downstream from the Frog Harbor put in at the Vale St. end of Mill St. Alex paddled down stream beyond the mouth of Coye Brook then turned around before the remains of the dam and went up the Butternut to the gas line crossing. This is all in the first video.
